HOST HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
All meetings will take place at the host hotel, the Hilton Denver City Center, situated in the heart of downtown Denver, a block from 16th street, a popular stretch for dining, nightlife, and shopping.
The Substations Committee has contracted a block of rooms at the Hilton Denver City Center. As always, we strongly encourage everyone who will be attending the meetings to reserve a room at the host hotel. We do invest a great deal of time and effort in negotiating competitive rates at venues large enough to accommodate our group in anticipation of those attending our meetings benefiting from those efforts. Not only does staying at the host hotel help you by offering proximity to the meeting areas, but the Substations Committee does have minimum room requirements it must meet to continue providing the high level of overall meeting quality people have come to expect. Proving our commitment to the host hotel also gives us leverage when negotiating for future meeting space, which benefits everyone directly by way of lower room rates at quality establishments. HOTEL POLICIES:
- To guarantee a reservation, a credit card is needed at time of booking. Please note the credit card is not charged until arrival. If a guest wishes to pay in advance or by alternate means, they may do so after the reservation is booked by contacting the hotel directly.
- The reservation cut-off date is Saturday, May 16th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain time.
- Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 a.m. the following morning, at which time the reservation is forfeited and a no-show fee equivalent to one night room and tax is charged to the method of payment on the reservation.
- Should guest cancel a reservation, no cancellation fee is charged and any applicable deposits refunded if notice is received prior to 6:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the arrival date, after which the credit card on file will be charged the one-night room and tax.
